If you are interested in auction, the first step to do is to contact our company, where all of the available information (acting in auction, object of auction etc.) will be given to you. Everyone who wants to join the auction, has to fulfill law-defined conditions (look at: What do I need). Consequently, every participator, who wants to bid and has the opportunity to buy real estates for interesting prices, is welcome. All about the process of auction and accordance of the tap-down by licitator will be written a notarial minute-book . 

• What do I need?

Identity card, extract from the trade register (original or verified copy), extract from the commercial register (original or verified copy).  In the case you want to be substituted, it is necessary that the signed empowerment is notary verified.

Acknowledgment about laying the auction- guarantee to the auction company or to the notarial deposit in due time as specified in the auction-announcement (that means till the auction will be opened), or  to show the bank guarantee.

Declaration, that you are a person who is able to auction. This declaration is prepared for every bidder before the begin of the auction.
