Project is solved as a poly - functional object, on the 1^st floor is the administrative-business part which is enterable from Cintorínska st. and Lazaretská street, from the 2^nd floor up to the 6^th floor are flats (10 flats + 2 ateliers), parking places (1-2 floor underground – car lift and ground floor in the court).
